Our Menu
Our focus is to deliver best-in-market made-to-order craft burgers, featuring 6oz of 80/20 premium blend of Virginia raised burger; complemented by a variety of toppings. Our fresh fried potato chips are house made, come with house made dipping sauces, and are backed up by a list of premium appetizers that will compliment our bourbon drinks. After we have established our burger and talked with our customers we will gradually expand the menu with additional options. 1631: A Gathering Place
1631 is proud to be a Local ("Move-In") & Veteran Owned business here in Poquoson, Virginia. Our establishment's name is derived from the year Poquoson is first mentioned in official county documents, making it the longest continuously named city in Virginia. Aiming to serve the area's BEST burgers, we only use ground beef that is raised and processed here in Virginia. Our collection of Bourbon will continually grow as we gain greater access to the market, but no matter what bottles we have on the wall, 1631 aims to be a premium gathering place where the likes of Poquoson's salty watermen and NASA's nerdy scientists sit together sharing unimaginable truths from the depths of the ocean to the stars above. We want to be the best burger in the Hampton Roads area, as well as a THE spot to enjoy the smooth taste of your favorite bourbons and cocktails. We have a small space so we will only focus on what we do best; Burgers Bourbon & Brew. Look for Virginia based spirits and beers to compliment our ever growing bourbon collection. We will slowly introduce various Bourbon Flights to the drink menu, entertain with Bourbon Classes hosted by any one of the many Virginia distilleries, as well as invite our Bourbon Club members to private tastings. Look to reserve 1631 for your private events. You will get the entire space to yourself with a dinner menu designed specifically for your party.
